    Hi ishak,

I've never had an LG phone so I'm not sure on the exact installation process. I know some LG phones required GameThing (linked above). Perhaps someone else here may be able to help?

    Response to david1386.

I don't know for sure, but you may need to use a phone model that was sold in the Far East. Some phones sold in Europe are probably not equipped with the required Chinese fonts. Likewise for Korean and Thai, and Japanese (if we ever manage to get as far as making Japanese Go Bible!)

    Response to Gbenga.

Please describe the problem more precisely. i.e. Did you download using WAP? Which language did you install ? Do you also just see square boxes?

Are you downloading from WAP or copying a file from a PC using USB cable or Bluetooth?
The latter should be tried - following the LG user manual for installing games and/or Java applications.

It runs very smoothly on the LG Prada there is only one issue is that the search area is not working too well you search for a certain scripture it doesn't want to show up.

I have LG KU250 and I easily installed the Bible. Just download the .jar file and copy it to micro SD then run the .jar on your LG KU250 phone.

The Bible works fine with my phone.

    Hey guys.
I have an LG rumor that doesn't have internet enabled. I tried to install the KJV package via bluetooth and MicroSD card, and neither worked (unable to transfer, and invalid file).
I went onto the "" site mentioned above, but it appears to have been deleted or something along that line.

So... um... ya... I have no idea what to do.
    Can someone help me out?

Game-time was NOT mentioned above. The link was to

Notwithstanding, that didn't seem to help, as the front-page doesn't give any clue as to why Jolon mentioned it back in April 2007.

    Game-thing! My bad....
(it was "game-thing" I went to, but I just typed the wrong site... sorry about that)

But ya... regardless, like you said, it doesn't seem to be of any help right now...

Find out from the full phone spec., to see if your model actually supports J2ME.
Check on LG phone user groups for how to install J2ME games or apps. Go Bible is just such an app.
Try to find out if there are any arbitrary limits on JAR filesize. Often such information is not mentioned in the phone spec.

For those having problems downloading the Go-Bible to their LG phones, the application actually downloads as a zipped folder. all you need do is right-click on the zipped folder and click on 'extract'. this extracts the file, making it easy to download. enjoy!

Want to add, this works better when u download first to your computer, then transfer the extracted copy to your phone via bluetooth.
