I've never had an LG phone so I'm not sure on the exact installation process. I know some LG phones required GameThing (linked above). Perhaps someone else here may be able to help?
Just wondering if go bible Chinese traditional can be used in the Nokia 6110 navigator mobile. I tried to download, but the words were not chinese, just square boxes. Do I have to install special font? Please help
I don't know for sure, but you may need to use a phone model that was sold in the Far East. Some phones sold in Europe are probably not equipped with the required Chinese fonts. Likewise for Korean and Thai, and Japanese (if we ever manage to get as far as making Japanese Go Bible!)
Response to Gbenga.
Please describe the problem more precisely. i.e. Did you download using WAP? Which language did you install ? Do you also just see square boxes?
I download Chinese traditional IN MY LG KU800 & it just keep saying 'error ocurred when download or installing' (Download or 安裝時出現錯誤) what should I do? i have re-download it for ~3 times already
Are you downloading from WAP or copying a file from a PC using USB cable or Bluetooth? The latter should be tried - following the LG user manual for installing games and/or Java applications.
I have the LG Prada and it has taken over 10 minutes to install sheesh lol that's mobile phones for ya :D... Just testing it out now will update on how it goes.
It runs very smoothly on the LG Prada there is only one issue is that the search area is not working too well you search for a certain scripture it doesn't want to show up.
I have the new LG Rumor and was able to download the english KJV just fine, but I want to install the Spanish one and I am having trouble. I already download it to my pc, what do I do next?
P.S. I tried placing it on the Micro SD, but it said invalid file
Hey guys. I have an LG rumor that doesn't have internet enabled. I tried to install the KJV package via bluetooth and MicroSD card, and neither worked (unable to transfer, and invalid file). I went onto the "Game-time.com" site mentioned above, but it appears to have been deleted or something along that line.
So... um... ya... I have no idea what to do. Can someone help me out?
Find out from the full phone spec., to see if your model actually supports J2ME. Check on LG phone user groups for how to install J2ME games or apps. Go Bible is just such an app. Try to find out if there are any arbitrary limits on JAR filesize. Often such information is not mentioned in the phone spec.
For those having problems downloading the Go-Bible to their LG phones, the application actually downloads as a zipped folder. all you need do is right-click on the zipped folder and click on 'extract'. this extracts the file, making it easy to download. enjoy!
